WhatsApp : i need an application to track last seen status of whatsApp numbers !

Hi ,

I want a software that can check the last seen status for contact list that will be uploaded to the intended software.

I have lists contains millions of numbers, and I want a software to check their last seen status on WhatsApp.

I saw there are some APIs for WhatsApp on the net. you may check if you can use any to implement this task.

Quick off-topic question : is whats up bulk sending considered spam ? like in the email case , can they take legal action against you ?

Hi,
Though, since WhatsApp is a mobile application and if your country doesn't have any rules againstsending messages using a mobile app (most likely) then there is no illegal lawsuit anyone can have for sending a text, audio, video, vCard or GPS location to someone's phone using WhatsApp.
