Yes, when whatsapp is new first sign up then it will be blocked. warmup account 3 to 6 month by sending 20 to 50 msgs

I was using a software to scrape number and sending targeted msg so if you send random msg the risck to get banned its higher
Don't send msg to numbers out of country code example using uk number and send to usa

Finally I got banned cause I was sending msg out of my niche or cause whatsapp server have a limit arout 20000 msg per sim card
I am waiting a review to unban my number I will update .

We tried max 2000 (USA, UK, AUS) in one day with 3 year old number.

My numbers blocks 7 to 9 times in a month. Submit the support ticket to Whatsapp they will unblock AFTER 24hr.

If your number block 15 times in month they will block.
