Just a quick suggestion when you say: "Online, your rep is quantifiable, findable and totally unavoidable" I would change "rep" to just "reputation". IMHO this makes it sound more professional. Ergo more clients.

I would also suggest you to make the change the person above suggested since the word "reputation" sounds more professional than "rep".

And about the design and content, it looks clean and professional. Though it looks good but there's some empty space available in the footer menu which can be used to add some plugins or menus.

Get yourself a favicon. All websites should have one, it adds to the pro look. If you don´t know what I´m talking about or how to make/install, just Google "dynamicdrive + favicon" and you´ll find an easy walkthrough.

I would work on a better logo.

I wouldn't personalize the testimonials. I would put in the brand name instead of "..Rupak and his team..".

I find it more trusting for people with foreign names to use their brand names instead of their actual names. After all, your brand is who you are.

I'm not sure what look you're going for, but it kind of looks like a landing page.
