What's your ratio of linking homepage compared to inner pages?

    I'm currently building links 80% to homepage and 20% to inner pages.

    I was doing it wrong. I was doing it the other way, 80% inner pages and 20% domain.

    I'd recommend 50/50, but it also depends on the keyword your trying to go after on your homepage versus internal pages.

    80:20 would not be very good.

    50:50
    60:40

    70:30 would also be OK.

    I do that ratio for all types of links.

    Do you personally use 50/50 or 60/40? Have you seen success with those ratios?
