2. Which provider do you use? - Out of scams, there are tons of good companies - just take some time to do your research
3. How do you confirm that they're truly elite? - When you create a list of providers based on your market research try asking them for trials. In that way you can get a real feel of their product and truly find out whether the quality of the proxies are standard.
