I'm going to do some offline flier marketing, and i want to register www.walmart[cityname].com [gonna put my city name in there of course]
i won't be doing SEO, no one at walmart will see it around anywhere, the offer is for a walmart gift card i'm going to blank the referrer, i don't see any risk in this only people with the domain name will be the ones with the flier. walmart employees won't do anything about it if they find it lol.

am i right? would you say its safe? thanks

You might have problems, because "walmart" is a trademark. From what I have found, Walmart has gone head to head over smaller issues, like smiley face one:

There's always a risk involved when you use a trademark name in your domain. Someone landing on your page could report you to the trademark owner.

    Just a thought.
