    Ready for this?

I currently do not have a cell phone.

When I am out, I am out.

I have had to force myself to get away from work, so I turned in my cell phone and paid the contract termination fee.

I even no longer take my laptop with me when I go out.

Haven't touched it in several months and may just give it away to a buddy who needs a box.

Yeah, I kinda shook and quivered for a few weeks after making the decision myself.

I don't have to go to meetings over it though!:yield:

    Edit:

I got my Concealed Weapon Carry permit instead, so I feel plenty safe!

blackberry curve with sprint speed. I have a tablet pc and connect to it and use it as a modem using a bluetooth dongle when i meet with my clientel. Its by far the best asset to my family of techno gadgets.

i kinda did the same thing, when my pocketPC (sprint) went faulty i decided not to get a new smartphone, and got a regular cell phone and a new number, i was fed up of always being connected ie by email, texting, etc

i have 2 cell phones now one for business and one for when i am out socializing so as i can actually get away from work....
