Looking to boost my rankings from top of 2nd page to the first page. Been stuck for a while.

So, in your opinion who offers the best SEO services on BHW in terms of safety for money site and quality that could help me accomplish this?

Please only comment ones you have actually used yourself and not just advertise for one you have not tried.
