    Simple question.

There's people from all over the world on this here site. I'm just curious to see what everyone's musical taste is...

I had the opening minute of "Time" set as an alarm on my computer. If that doesn't wake you up, you may as well be dead.

good pick. Not my favorite Nas album, but a classic, nonetheless.

I've been hearing great things about Muse over the last few years... maybe I should check them out.

    Dark Side of The Moon...

    Shit...

There's been a lot of good times and bad times that album has played through during my short lifetime here on this Earth...

I've laughed and cried to a lot of Pink Floyd, lol...Funny because just before I shot over to this thread I had 'Have a Cigar' cranked up real heavy...Nice, real nice...

Yeah dark side of the moon is a clasic but let me tell you- listen to it in 5.1 dts. it's been remastered into 6 discreet channels and I play it through about 2 grands worth of AV gear. It's just the most awesome sound you will hear. The clocks at the start of " time" ring out all around you, makes stereo seem like old black and White telly.
I got a copy off a torrent and my mate has just given me about 10 depeche mode albums all DTS, very cool indeed.
Favourite album ever- simple minds new gold dream ( got that in 5.1 as well)
Favourite last year - MGMT oracular spectacular
Listening at the moment to Cut Copy.

I am just wondering if there is something like favourite in terms of music albums. If you keep listening to them on and on you grow tired of them in time which is natural and you simply stop listening to them and switch to different albums which then become your "favourite" ones. I guess it all depends on the kind of mood you are in.

Nah, your favorite albums are the benchmark ones. The ones where if your favorite artist puts out another album, you're like "This one isn't as good as *insert album here*" It even spans different genres.

    Mine are:

Alice in Chains: Best of the Box
    Fleetwood Mac: Rumors
    Cannibal Ox: The Cold Vein
Joe Budden: Mood Muzik part 2
The Beatles: Rubber Soul (the UK version)
    Akino Arai: Furu Puratina
    Mac Dre: Al Boo Boo
    Jamiroquai: Emergency on Planet Earth
    Sneaker Pimps: Becoming X

Ask me to choose between them and my head will explode.
