Flippa by far. Sedo charges a ridiculous amount off each sale. GoDaddy is good for getting rare sales to idiots on domains like "overvalueddomain.com"

i agree on the price of Sedo but they bring really high paying end clients which ends up paying from $3000 to $15000 per domain. but whole concept of domain business is to be patience .

That's just a stroke of luck and to get that you need to have a huge portfolio of domains that you have cultivated, promote and renew. I buy dropped and brandable domains and flip them quick. If you go through all that trouble you should just cut sedo out and sell them yourself.

Do you auction them or just put them for sale?

I put most up for sale, however if I believe one will be very desirable and may spur competition in bidding I will auction it.

Im just courious, are there people that aren't looking at DA/PA or other statistics when they usually buy domains? Also, on flippa, didn't they ask for proof of traffic, revenue and so on?
I get that there are also idiots, but still...

Sometimes the name of the site matters more than traffic?

Domain flipping is not about metrics or links. Its about the name. Domain flippers don't buy domains to develop, but to sell for more profit.
