I'd like to know what the maximum amount you're willing to spend to create and rank a micro-niche site to #1 for it's main keyword, along with Top 10 for a lot of it's longtails?

I'm outsourcing every part of my microniche site, to see how it goes. Then I'll sell the entire thing for a profit.
Just some details about my EMD if you need it:

    2000+ local searches
    $1+ CPC
    High Adwords comp.
    .ORG EMD

I want to limit how much I spend outsourcing this website then cash it in for a bigger profit, then rinse and repeat.

I don't spend much on MNS.

    $10 for domain.
    $30-40 for articles(5-8 articles)

SEO done by me, so no other costs.

Well, as the OP says, I'm outsourcing every part of my MNS. Only things I'm not outsourcing is onpage SEO (just minor tweaks) and building the website.
I'm looking to sell my microniche site once it ranks #1 so I can make some bigger profits. Just need to know what the budget of most people is.

Wait until theres an under $5 dollar deal at godaddy....buy some domains.

Use my own hosting and Tools....Create my own graphics....I suppose it still costs a few dollars per year... Write my own content...typically 10-15 articles...I try to target similiar niches in a project so my content may be interchangeable with other sites Im working on.

Its a bit more labour intensive but Ive never been happy with articles Ive bought or spun content...If I hadever seen a good return I would invest more money on better writers but I usually only see a few dollars a day off niche sites. In saying that until recently I was poor to average at seo and I targeted low competition keywords...As a result ranking was handy but the cpc was a few cents.

Im a bit sharper on seo and ranking now and from here on in Im only going after good paying clicks. Although I still see niche sites as a low payer and really you need 20-50 of them to bring a daily wage

If you can to the content portion by yourself, it is mainly the cost of domain. This cost is $1 with a coupon. SEO can also be managed if you have articles with you.
