That would depend on what your submitting if it's a bulk amount of backlinks surely it would be easier for them to discount them all? As you would be submitting them from the same account?

Hmm good theory so perhaps if you add more than a few links they may not hold any value

Generally speaking, I don't really see anything wrong with using Google's submission tool.

The problem here is more of strategy.

If you're going to be using this submission tool to submit generic websites then you might just be wasting your time.

Google may turn out to discover your website in the same time frame regardless of whether you waited for Google or you submitted your website.

The better approach would be to reserve submissions only in certain cases.

If you are sure that you're building quality websites or you're building authority sites, the submission tool might pay off quite a bit.

However, if you're building the typical generic website then I don't really see much benefit from using the submission tool if you define the benefit primarily in terms of speed.

Someone had mentioned that they weirdly didn't see any action on their keywords when they started using the submit URL function. But if you're talking about a money site that won't index, it's either been used as a spam domain or you just have shitty content that will never get indexed.

It's totally fine IF you don't over do it.

If you intent to spam the tool make sure to use proxies.
