Pages on this site appear to use aggressive spam techniques such as automatically generated gibberish, cloaking, scraping content from other websites, and/or repeated or egregious violations of Google?s Webmaster Guidelines.

Did you clone the site from archive and put it up on these expired domains ?

Were all these hosted on the same IP ? Same Whois ?

Get snapshots/links from archives, and tell Google that this is entirely new site now with a new owner. The aggressive spam pages aren't alive any more, and you're using the domain name as a new owner and for a new white hat purpose only... Prove your new purchase and new purpose to them, and may be only that will help your case. As the sites are deindexed now, may be they will never scan them to gather about any new content exists on them after the de-indexing process. Otherwise, the new scans (of clean content and absence of any aggressive spam) by the Grobots would help the site in future...

If you start with an expired domain and then build a site on top of it that isn't the same as the original, then you are at risk of this manual action (and getting de-indexed)

Google doesn't like you piggy-backing authority from old domains for your affiliate sites.

Happened to me for a site I owned that was making $2k/mo.

So if you use expired domains for affiliate sites, proceed knowing that this could happen somewhere down the line.
