Was asked about this today by a client, and never noticed it before. What is going on.

So I type in a search term like "Jeep" on Google.

    Paid ads on the top.
    Followed by Jeep.com results.
    Followed by Google Place Pages/local.

Followed by what looks like a hybrid of local websites and the regular organic listings. Basically where the organic listings are, I see a bunch of local car dealer websites mixed with regular general sites.

How do I get a local site to show up there? Is it using the local keywords on the site? Geo-locating? Having the site connected to a place page?

    Thanks. ~englandrm
