Buy looking like bots, they don't even bother where they are posting nor do they communicate.. just spamming everywhere

Ya, I have seen my friend posting and when I asked her, she told me she has a Telegram group and she is spamming all the FB groups with that Telegram link trying to build community in Telegram.
However, when she tried using the link in FB ads, her ads got disapproved, I'm not sure if it is because of Telegram link.
