Whats up with MGCASH???Not good at all..

    Hello,
    I have signed up with them one month before and still no reply from them.
    I added Tatiana on my skype and asked several times and she says WIM will answer, after that I pmed WIM and others but no answers...
    Whats going on?
    Its been a month now...

    No clue why they didn't respond to you, but I'm sure you'll receive some kind of answer. You tried to contact WIM numerious times?

    They will respond you. In this moment they are working on few updates on the site :p

    They have been great for me payed early yesterday instead of today. Great conversions just support could be better. I never got a reply from my AM from a ticket 2 weeks ago.

    im not getting any response either. im waiting for a payment for 15 days. i sent many support tickets and emails. anyone get paid for December?

    yeah im verified for past 3 months. i always got paid but for december payment i didnt get anything. is there any other affiliate manager i can contact?

    now i am worried for January payment also. I hope he can pay me. Been working with them for a while now. Never had issues.

    I dont see tatiana on skype anymore for past 20 days either. She not working there no more?

    I have had problems contacting Tatiana so I would contact Wim via Skype/AIM. I have been working with them for over a year now and have never experienced a single problem. I am sure you will get this sorted in no time.

    Yeah its a great company. I really like working with them. But i really need to get paid and at least get a response. I did contact wim on aim about a week ago and he said he will look into it and respond to the ticket but still no update. Maybe he is on vacation or something? and im just paranoid? id hate months of work go down the drain. It is hard enough making money and then not getting paid. Atleast it looks like some people got paid. Maybe its only me and it was some kind of bank problem or something. I just hope it gets sorted out.

    Oh, by the way, you know they do not pay via Paypal if your payment exceeds $500, right? Maybe that's the problem?

    My payment is over $500 and my payment method is direct deposit. So thats not the problem. I wonder what is. :(

    If anyone speaks to wim can you please tell him to check the support tickets.

    I got a response. He is out of the country and will be back in 4 days and said will solve the problem with the bank. im happy i got a response. i will also be happier when i get my payment got lots of bills to pay. :)

    I was not in place and could not answer. In Egypt, the problems with the Internet were :)I returned from the trip and ready to resolve all issues. Contact me or Tatiana in aim, skype or ticket system
    We have 2 people who have not get paid by ACH. I think this is bank problem only. I will contact them today to fix this. Thank you all
