What's up with BHW recaptcha?

I'm not sure how this protection works on Cloudflare sign but the threeshold is fucking low it seems, at least for me.

I have the captcha both on mac & iphone, both on residential home IP (that do not change, ever) & 4G IP (biggest network in France). Something weird.

I think it has been resolved as of now. I have been browsing since yesterday and it's loading fine without any captcha

2 days ago there was a DDoS attack and the site went down. That is the reason why there is captcha while entering BHW.
