Probably depends on the CPC value of the keywords, and if you can actually rank it on page one. You're not going to tell us what the domain is because that would be stupid, so you have to do your own research. Google is your friend

if the kw is car prices take carprices.com/net/org etc but if the kw is super cheap car prices in the california united states do not take it's EMD, you get the point.

Hi again and thank you for your answers. The emd in question, has a low competition, low cost per click and not a trade mark as one of my adverts were pulled down from Flippa due to trade mark reasons and the dot com has been taken. what would be your opinion on whether investing in it or not and what would be its estimated value without a website ? Thanks

EMD's are really not worth as much as they used to be unfortunately. If you're selling the domain having access to some CPC information for the key term is going to help you make the sale.

Low comp indicated by Google does not always mean low competition. To find the actual competition use the "quotes to find the number of total exact matches". If it's low exact matches the competition is lower. The google competition is for adwords, usually the higher that is the more $$$ you get for selling adwords. The adwords comp can be high, and the actual search competition can be low.
