    Hey all,
I am looking for a word that means someone who takes action right away, basically the vary thought of whatever he wants/needs to do drives him to take action right away.

For example, say I wake up and don't feel like working out. But this person would say to himself, let's work out anyway, and boom, he's working. Where majority of us will be like ok may be later, etc...

What you're describing is someone whom takes the initiative.

I don't know if there's a word to describe the 'someone' however.

The word you are looking for is: disciplined

You want to become more Self Disciplined.

    Wikipedia:

Self-discipline refers to the training that one gives one's self to accomplish a certain task or to adopt a particular pattern of behaviour, even though one would really rather be doing something else.
