    It all depends, it could be $0.90 for a shared proxy, or upto $2.50 for a private.

    I didn't meant proxy, I mean an ip that we can buy from hosting providers.

    I'm paying $100/month for 100 shared proxies.I want to buy like 10,000+ proxies and the cost would be too high, so I'm trying to find a way to make my own proxies.

    Can anyone please answer the question in the first post and also recommend me what I should do, I need 10,000+ private proxies, what's the best way to get it.

    u should ask your hosting provider. Some hosting provider charge $1 for a single additional IP while some may charge more.

    And you need to provide some good answer when requesting for bulk IP so your hosting can forward your application to ICAN.
