This indian guy has sold over 80 websites, I checked out few of them, every website has the same text..
The only thing that changes is background image and colors..

    few descriptions:

None of those sites work after 2 months, check out sites in the 2nd page. Because they are almost worthless and not worth $ 195, maybe $20..

They only need to create one template site and just buy as many cheap domains as they want, add some fake bot traffic and/or adsense clicks and then get noobs to part with their money.
Those sites are worthless but a noob thinks they are getting a bargain.
Easy money for those people with no qualms about selling shit.

Flippa's starter site section is littered with that shit, mostly "traffic broker business" or "social media business" websites with reselling backend already set up.

It is simply a matter of changing the colour of the wordpress template, slapping on a new domain and using some cheap $5 logo from fiverr to try and make the site look fresh.

They usually keep the reseller information as their own after the transaction as well.

Pretty sad shit, not a respectable hustle.

Sad? The first site that I ever made took me over 3 months to build. It was a social media site that ended up making me a lot of money. The reason that site worked is because I also worked. You can make money with almost any site, but you have to put the work in it.

I can take any of those starter sites, rewrite the content, do onpage seo and make a new logo. Then hit it with some offpage SEO, emailing and maybe Facebook ppc. After a few months I would of made 20x - 50x what I spent for that starter site. Then I'll just relist it backed on Flippa fully established. It's not that fucking hard. It's not rocket science.

I have a client that spent 60 bucks on a crappy looking social media site that she bought from a seller on Flippa and she turned it into a full time job that provide steady income.

Most people don't have hustle and cringe at the thought of actually growing an online business. 98% of people that claim to want to make money online, only read shit and never do shit but cry about other people that's actually doing shit.

Looks like he's selling a "business". It would never pass a smell test, but for a fairly low price, someone might jump on it quickly without doing due diligence.
