What's the new hotness in malware/spyware programs?

I use avira and malwarebytes. Is there anything new or better I should be using? Avira is staying but wouldn't mind trying something new for spyware/malware

Spybot S&D, not new but great.

I would hand down keep Malwarebytes. SuperAntiSpyware Pro use to be top notch but they have failed me many times vs Malwarebytes. Super is coming out with version 5 very soon, maybe that will change things around for them.

When it comes to Antivirus and Spyware combo, you can't go wrong with NOD32. I use NOD32 and Malwarebytes and have kept clean. I would also install Comodo Free Firewall as well.

I have worked in the IT field for years and have been the one that gets out the spyware when others give up. I have more advanced techniques, but keep those updated and you should be fine.
