I've been doing some reading, and every time I click a thread, someone uses a different program or bot to increase their followers.

I'm new to the Instagram world, and my question is, for the "beginner", what would be the most efficient way someone would gain organic followers in their niche? I've read some people use FollowLiker, and others use other things, but what is generally the "Go To" method?

In one word "Engagement". You follow people, they will follow you back, you comment on pictures and perhaps someone will follow you. Just engage with people.

You write organic followers. Bots will not bring you anything organic. If you follow them or like a photo of theirs in hope they follow you back, that follower is not organic. So are you asking about organic followers or just getting people to follow you?

I would say organic. I have same question but yeah. Engagement is the way to go and engagement groups (i'm trying to get in one but i am at 600 followers - fresh account, i am also new).

Noone have anything from bots, tough big follower number can attract organic people to follow you. But you also need good content.

I would say Content and Engagement are most important things. You have to find a way how to make it work. It's common sense from me but i wish i could find more info and tips here to make my work a bit easier.

That is true but I've seen that if you like niche targeted photos that people will go to your page and follow for your content and not for "oh this guy liked, let me just follow even though he didn't me follow me" They will go to your page meaning that they will see and if your niche is relevant they will follow and become active follower.

OP Here. Right, I'm looking into more along the lines of something like this. Maybe get a bot to follow people in my targeted niche, and in turn, people from that same niche will start following back, and start engaging on my account. Maybe "organic" may not have been the correct verbage, but I guess my question is: What's the go-to way people gain mass amount of followers that will actually start liking / commenting on pictures on your profile and such?

I personally don't like botting meaning follow/unfollow as its like the same as buying followers but for free, you just end up with dead followers.
So start liking photos and see how that goes Instagram is all a game bro just experiment and see what works for you.

It still doesn't change the fact, that the follower was not organic. Hence I asked OP to please verify if he really was looking for organic followers.

To get people to engage when you are a small new account, you need to engage first. Go to your very targeted users, other small new accounts in the same niche, like and comment on their content, and they are likely to come to your page and do the same and hopefully follow you. Respond to comments and remember your "dedicated" followers which comment often.

As you grow the game will change and you need other methods to attract the masses in quicker ways.

Engage means you and other people like and comment stuffs, but is there a limit on likes and comments per day?
Giving many likes could be seen by Instagram as spam? Which is the limit to not be seen as spammer and run the risk to be closed?

So not true. You would be surprised if you knew how many big accounts use bots.

I see...that's how to get organic follower. I don't really use instagram except for personal close friend, but when I want to use it for promoting my personal blog, friends with only close friends is not enough

Can't believe so many people on here are against bots, like srsly I run 22 accounts with awesome engagement all on accounts. Just buy a good bot ffs, it will do everything you wish to do manually. It's madness wanting to do it manually.

I am against bots, and I also don't spend more than 1 hour a day on Instagram, but my growth is still higher than most of the people.

If you know what to do, you don't need bots.

    Best Regards,
    Jaymien.

PS: To be specific, I do not condone the usage of bots for multiple accounts (ex. doing CPI); however, it's rather useless to waste your money if you have only 2-3 accounts.

I 100000000000% disagree with this statement.

Now, given the way most people around here seem to use bots - yes, you may have a point. However, that doesn't need to be the case.

I use Mass Planner & have been using it for months now. Frankly, I just didn't have time to manually do all of the liking, following & unfollowing by hand anymore. I've spent a lot of time setting up the bot to behave the way I would IRL - just on a much larger scale.

I have great growth & GREAT engagement. I still highly engage with my followers personally & so far as anyone knows I'm just a regular guy posting photos on Instagram.

You get as much out of a bot as you put in to it. If you do your homework, tweak the settings & spend a little time getting it right, you CAN get organic growth.

I wouldn't use a bot. Post a job for a freelancer offshore to manually follow/like/comment for you all day long. You will pay 5-10 cents per follower this way.

There's no "go to" method as if you read around the forum many people have successful IG accounts using different methods.

From my experience, bots definitely work, you just need to spend time to figure out how to make the the bot interact with user that are active and most likely interested in what you are offering in your page. For example, if you make a page about chocolate cakes, look around and try to find a few pages in that niche with 10-50k, and check if they have genuine active engagement in the comment section.. and then target the followers or users that interact with that page. I mainly use likes as I find it works a bit like a "hey notice me" interaction. That will get people to look at your page, and if you have good content, they will follow and engage with you!

If this doesn't work, either your content is crap or your targeting is wrong. If you post boring stuff why would someone follow you and interact? They might follow as a "favour" and then never engage. Same problem with the targeting, if you fire your bot randomly and follow/like/comment the followers of 1-10M pages, full of spammy comments, you won't get active followers.

Once you get some active followers, don't forget to reply to comments, messages and keep them entertained with interesting posts.

Massplanner is a great bot, if you want to get into serious botting. I can't say much for Followliker because I haven't tried it but it looks good as well.
