What's the fastest way to index Bing?

I am trying to use wordpress by installing IndexNow plugin but it doesn't help Index at all.
And I'm trying to make a website using Bootstrap Studio.
And adding a website to Bing Webmaster Tool doesn't help much.
I would like to have an idea of how to index in Bing using any method right now.
I used to index very fast 5 months ago but now I don't understand why it refuses to index and some sites don't crawl on the site at all.
Can anyone share their experiences or methods with me?

Similar problem.
I used to index my backlinks on bing using 301-redirects and submitting them in bing webmaster tool.
But nowadays, webmaster tool is not helping indexing at all.

IndexNow via cloudflare seems to help, activated it on my spam sites about 2 days ago and regenerated the sitemaps, now I see my traffic normalizing again.
Might be a combination of webmaster tools with sitemap submition and index now as well or just a short term annomaly. I will observe it the next days

Indexnow via cloudflare? You mean the Crawler Hint in Cache section?
Do u use expired domain or new one? hope for your response !

Yes, the crawler hint seems to call the index now api as well. If you work with CF API, you can set it like this (its not in the docs):

I use expired domains, fresh domains never worked that good on bing. And I also add em into webmaster console and submit the sitemaps, wich is a bit tricky on scale. But that alone broke down 2 month ago.

I guess, it has st to do with authority from backlinks. My domains range from 10-10000 and it seems pretty random to me. Might be worth a try, to get some metrics like ahref in and use some sort of machine learning algo on it...
I have around 25k domains in the webmaster console, so a broad data set...

They recommend reaching out their Bing webmaster support via email to report your concern
