I just joined CJ Affiliate, but I've discovered that a lot of the programs need clearance. What actions or tactics made it easier for you to get accepted by marketers, if you have any experience?

The ones that instantly disapprove do this based on your account, your account country, you account history. It automatically happens.
You are left wiith 2 options,
1) the ones that are easy to get aproved. These ones you can apply right away and get approved instantly.
2) the ones that require manual approval.
Apply to them. Then email them asking to give approval. Sometimes they will just approve you or ask a few questions in reply and approved you.

One of the best way is having a clean, niche-focused site with real content, clear traffic sources, and honest descriptions of how you promote makes advertiser approvals much easier.

so when you say a lot of the programs need clearance, does that mean you're getting rejected by most of them or they're just putting you on hold or something?
