What's the difference between services like Multilogin and a browser with a proxy?

If I run Ad Account 1 on Browser A, and Ad Account 2 on Browser B with a proxy, isn't this achieveing the same thing as Multilogin?

Basically Multilogin-type services offer you an unique parametrization of your browser in many aspects (resolution of the screen, fonts, user agent, ....) so you are technically an entirely unique user

The difference is that you can set individual settings, like timezone, language, user agent, all predefined plus you can avoid mistakes. If you use two browsers, one with a US proxy and another with AU proxy, and your clock is set for GMT time, this is a serious leak.

I see. Does Facebook go that far? I heard that as long as facebook is recording a different IP and a different bank card, I'm safe.
