Basically, I need proxies for one social network for now, can someone enlighten me and tell me what's the difference and what makes Instagram Proxies good for Instagram?
What's the difference between Instagram Proxies, Pinterest Proxies and so on?

There's no such things as Instagram Proxies or Pinterest proxies, Facebook etc.
There are several types of proxies: datacenter, residential, mobile proxies etc. (mobile proxies are the best because they are from MOBILE ISPs, so Instagram sees them as the IPs that you are using with your mobile when you're surfing the Instagram). Other than that, don't fall for the naming, it's just marketing. Yes, some proxy providers limit their proxy to be used only on specific websites such as Instagram or Facebook or Google etc and that might be a reson why they call it Instagram proxies, but that does mean that they're only

Any good quality 4G mobile proxy should work with IG. When someone says IG proxies, this is usually a marketing trick, what you'd really want are dedicated mobile proxies. If you haven't found a provider yet, the marketplace is a good place to start.

I've had a trial with one provider, but I was getting ReCaptcha all the time (same settings without the proxy was fine).
Do you have a recommendation for a provider for me? one with free trail so I can make sure it's working well.

Instagram proxies.. You can use it for IG automation... Pinterest proxies are for Pinterest automation... Why good means Instagram proxies have clean IPs and if they are Virgin..

An average user often gets confused between datacenter/residential/4g proxies and isn't sure what to use.

any SM proxies just stick to 4g/5g and you will be fine
