What's the Biggest Mistake People Make on LinkedIn?

One of the biggest mistakes is only posting and never engaging with others. Consistent networking and meaningful comments usually lead to much better results over time.

A lot of users treat LinkedIn like any other social platform, but I'm curious what experienced users think.

What's the most common mistake you see people making that limits their growth, engagement, or networking opportunities on LinkedIn? Have you made any mistakes yourself that taught you valuable lessons?
In my opinion, the biggest mistake is treating LinkedIn like Facebook or Instagram. Too many people focus on selling from the first interaction instead of building credibility. I've had much better conversations when I shared useful insights first and let relationships develop naturally.
