What's the best Wordpress plugin for cloaking traffic referrers?

So I'm sure some people here use wordpress and know what the best plugin is for this.

I'm looking for one that can hide the referrer. For instance, if your traffic comes from somewhere, I need a plugin that can make the referrer state it came from somewhere else

I believe that's the essential part of cloaking anyhow. Can anyone help?

I'm currently using this but wanted to find out if this is the best alternative for cloaking my traffic. Anyone know how effective it is?

I had a major drop off in CPA revenue and I'm not sure if this is the reason why.

Why not split-test to find out if the plug is causing this?

I actually swapped out one of my offers and stopped using bit.ly as my link and my revenue jumped up. I'm guessing the problem isn't the plugin but either the offer or the bit.ly link I was using. Someone else I was talking to had a similar problem with bit.ly links no longer working.
