What's the best way to promote a weight loss product?

I don't have a niche website or anything like that, I have tried landing pages with review videos etc, but nothing has converted for me except direct linking, this has made me a lot of sales over time, but not enough.. I think that's why my conversion rate is so low because most of the time I've been direct linking.

And I'm not going anywhere near email marketing anymore, I think it's too risky.. But that's irrelevant anyway.

I just want to start sending my traffic to something that will increase the conversions.

oh! well in that case I would say squeeze page is the best option. That way traffic becomes more targeted as they go to sales page Via optin page. Also if they don't buy anything, you can always make a high converting email funnel to make sales. But; as you said you are not interested in email marketing; I would say making a review page to redirect the traffic to actual sales page.
 
Two things what comes in my mind,
Ads on Facebook and photos on Instagram.
Banner Ads on forums like bobybuilding.

Build it the same way that successful Instagram supplement/ fitness brands have.

Find influences.
 
By posting stupid threads like this in the lounge you are just asking to get trolled. Luckily I will not do this to you as I am a nice person and not some little rascal like archon10 or mickyfu.

When searching on porn sites nothing turns me on more than seeing a fat girl in the sidebar, this gets my interest.

What gets my attention is a some gif which shows her melting away into a thin 8/10 girl.

I have put my card deals in hundreds of times solely because of this gif, have you perhaps thought of something similar?
