What's the best way to get in shape?

    Blackhatworld is a great solution for building wealth. I have put in enough effort and have seen great results. I've also been spending my money eating out all the time and now I need to get into shape. Can anyone recommend to me the BHW equivalent of fitness/health?

    It is different person to person, but I have had luck with weight training, cutting down on portion size of my meals, and eating more things like boneless skinless chicken and tuna.

    When you do some weight training you continue to burn calories even after you stop lifting, unlike with running and jogging. I would mix in jogging also though.

    Step 1: As soon as you wake up in the morning. Start Drinking Water
    Step 2: Eat about 8 times a day or so. Each portion size should be the size of your fist. This should start increase your metabolism.

    Step 3: Get on an exercising program. Lifting weights,running,yoga,stretching,etc

    Wii boxing can be a very effective way to burn calories if you do it for at least an hour every day. Each time you play, start from the beginning and play all the way to the end boss. Listen to fast ( 150BPM+ ) music like Aphex Twin and try to keep up with the rhythm. I lost 13 pounds in two months.

    And off course a strong diet and a daily workout routine plus jogging or treadmill

    Buy a treadmill or build a mini-gym on your garage and start like 30 minutes to 2 hours of workout :) and don't eat much. Drink more water, eat less and must be with discipline. Goodluck :)

    Get the P90X program. It's been shared here in the forum somewhere. Just do a search for it. It'll definitely get you in shape.

    no you should eat more but in portions not meals. you need to keep your metabolism going.

    yea as well as the P90X video series. I was doing the Stretching/Yoga and i lost a couple of pounds lol. thats only STRETCHING.. that wasnt even the workout

    That is a ROUGH program - I have it and its a killer. I would suggest power 90 (the first program to this series). It will get you in shape in about 3 months... that is... as long as you are eating the right foods. Try a modified south beach diet (lots of vegetables and cut out everything white - like bread, tortillas, rice and blonds that stress you out) with a decent exercise program. I went from 250 to 205 in less than 6 months.

    I did cycling (every second day (50km/day ) ) for about 1month and lost from 90kg to 84kg (but now it's super cold here outside so stopped cycling.. ) -was eating a lot of tuna, removed from my daily food intake all sugars/ fat/junk food and drank a lot of water after my cycling sessions!

    And yeah P90x is good shit, tried it only for 1 day and it should work I think!
    Also check out - bodybuilding.com forum , a lot of great tips there!

    But If you want to lose weight the most important thing is DEDICATION TO WHAT YOU DO!!! Don't be a pussy and do your daily training!

    I just started P90x two days ago and I can tell this is a great program.
    I agree though it does get rough it is a pretty intense workout.
