Hey, I am the owner of Shoutcart and I would like to add my input, keep in mind I am a little biased but hopefully I can present a transparent comparison of my network to everybody else out there.
-IG Shoutouts- this website is basically a wordpress theme, doesn't offer live stats on the accounts it sells shoutouts on, its difficult to browse because of their card style listings, it also has random pricing options which make it difficult to analyze how much return on your money you are getting. It has 40% commission on sales which sucks for advertisers, and their minimum to join is 25k followers.
-Buyashoutout- another wordpress theme with dead accounts on there, they take 20% commission and 25k minimum to join. it has very few accounts and sells other random services, super hard to navigate around the website, cluttered and clunky.
-Buysellshoutouts- this used to be a good resource, until they mixed up a bunch of "social services" in there and made a huge mess of the website, this one is also a wordpress theme which is not a real network. their commissions are 30% and 50k minimum to join
-Sponsta- this one is an influencer network which means you have a ton of actual people creating or interacting with products and in my opinion their services and shoutouts are WAAAAAAY overpriced. It also means long lead times and you need to plan your campaigns months in advance. I am not sure what advertisers get positive ROI there, probably nobody as its skewed towards branding campaigns. Their website looks nice so that?s ?cute? I guess. I can see this working only for personalities with large followings online, such as youtube + shapchat + twitter + instagram. Don?t know their fees but I am sure they?re around 30%-50% as is everything branding related.
-LabelUp- looks like these guys have a geo based network focused on Russia, in my opinion its a little too targeted. There is no info on their fees or requirements to join so when its secretive like that, I think its too high and probably not worth the time for advertisers and instagrammers.
-Insta.Direct- looks like another Russian network, no info on anything what so ever. i would pass.
-Shoutout Studios- not sure what this is, not a network, cant even order any shoutouts, probably should not be on this list.
-ShoutQ- this site is in beta, has a ton of fake accounts on there and I wasn't able to order or view any details, it brought me to a bunch of 404 and 500 error pages.
-ShoutoutZoo- this one looked promising, i like their navigation, has a good amount of accounts, but again, its based on wordpress and i know their stats are not updated live. you could end up buying a lot of fakes or looking at outdated info, like followers, price and likes per picture. i like that they have filters for s4s and shoutout-for-free-products but i saw a bunch of food accounts, and i am not sure how that should work, do advertisers send them free burgers for shoutouts or something?!?! this site was probably abandoned.

Don't like the content or the account being shouted? Easily cancel it and move on to the next.
As an advertiser, you are able to browse accounts by category, followers, shoutout score (previously mentioned). Everything is live so you know you are buying on the most recent information about the account. You load up your balance, choose which shoutouts you want all the way upto 100 shoutouts per order, pay for it, sit back, relax, watch your conversions roll in. Everything is automatic, no manual back and forth required like in the influencer networks! everything is tracked with stats, screenshots and reports. About me. I?ve been developing apps for 7 years and discovered instagram marketing to be one of the best ways to promote my games and apps. I was able to chart a bunch of flappy bird knockoffs, and participated in dozens of campaigns that put games into top 10 in USA on app store.
