For solid rotating backconnect performance, what really matters is the freshness of the IP pool, the geo distribution, and how rotation is handled (time-based or triggered).
Mobile proxies can also be highly effective here, especially for large-scale scraping or sensitive targets, since their natural rotation patterns and residential IP nature make them much harder to block.

Every single provider will guarantee the criteria you mentioned. Majority of them offer free trials and every user has a different use case, unless you mention it, someones experience won't be the same for you if use cases are totally different.
