What's the best place to sell a site?

I know people will say Flippa, but I was wondering if anyone had any dealings with WebsiteBroker.com, and what they charge?

I can't find any place on there site, regarding their fees.

    I have a site that makes approx 20k a year......what do I ask?

    Thanks for your time......Mike

if you're site makes 20k a year multiply by 3.

so you're site is worth 60k roughly.

For mid range sites, Flippa is your best bet. You could try websitebroker, but the real traffic is on Flippa. If you don't want to go through Flippa you could go direct to a broker who would charge about 10% but get you a premium (usually 18x monthly profit).

Price at this level really depends on how dependable traffic and revenue are? Does the site require work (is it a service or is it hands off like Adsense).

Multiples vary hugely based on these factors. It's likely to be between 15-30k but I really can't say without more details (feel free to PM me if you like).
