At the moment this is the best one IMO, better than other tools like quillbot..., it has an API and cheap plans.

This is nowhere neer as as good as quillbot
I tested it

Paraphrasing.ai was really poor on my tests quilbot was much better just a ball ache with no api

I also wanted to try it out but they have discontinued the API.

WordTune at least has an api. Not sure how good it is.
