It seems like b2b, lawyers, dentists are the ones what SEO agency guys say are good niches in the U.S. What's your opinion? It'd be appreciated if you can share your experience or thoughts.

I will say that small and medium web shops will be your primary target. Look for cold leads from market places like Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Carousell. Promote to them the benefit of SEO and having their own assets without over relying upon marketplace. Another angle will be to promote their listing via SEO. Since the main domain of the marketplace will be very strong and reputable, it will be much easier to rank those internal pages.

Sell these candidates with SEO focus product description that helps them get found on search engine as well as unique backlink to get them ranked. This market niche is very huge especially if you sell them $50-$100 monthly subscription package.
