Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for creating a new company abroad and before doing that I wanted to hear about your experiences first.

While searching, I heard a lot about UK LTD companies, and also about LLC in USA (Delaware).

So knowing that my business is totally online, more in particular in Affiliate Marketing, so I receive commissions from other companies that usually pay me through Paypal.

Based on the above description, and on your own experiences: What is the most suitable type of company for me based on my business model? And which country should I go for registering my company in terms of good taxes/regulations, etc..?

If there are other suggestions I'm all ears. Thank you very much Guys!

I will totally agree with isaac.b . First focus on making money then go step ahead.

Thank you for your comments guys!

I agree with what you're saying, although my income is still particularly small, what can I do then when Paypal starts to ask me for "business identification"?

Because it already did! After receiving and make some payments from my online business through Paypal, it asked me to provide a document proving my business. So what do you recommend in this case?

mate, i have like a grand stuck in a paypal account, get payments to your personal bank account or paypal, if you fraud the affiliate marketing programs use a stealth paypal or vba

Your paypal won't get limited if you are receiving payments from cpa networks as they don't file any chargeback as such

Mine did too, it said that it was limited.

I received an email from them asking me to confirm my business right after I made a payment to one of my writers through Paypal.

So that's another point to take into consideration, I receive payments from CPA networks, and I pay people that I work with.

Anyone who's been through a similar obstacle and can tell me how to overcome this, that would be highly appreciated!

Paypal can and will still fuck you over even with a legit LLC.

We had a fully verified business account, no issues or anything and they locked it without warning with over £30k in there. Took them 181 days to release it.

Actually, if you are limited because of a money dispute that occurs on the paypal platform.

I've been restricted for a number of reasons.

Do not log in with different computers.
Don't use fake name for paypal account.
The last one is because my customer has been fraudulent in the past, the client withdraws their money after the job is accepted.

Maybe another reason if you do money laundering.
Money laundering, receiving stolen money

Then the limit will usually occur

That's good to know for the future. But considering another alternative than Paypal is not an option here, since everybody deals through PayPal.

So with that in mind, I still need to establish a legitimate business company, what would be the best course of action for a business like mine?

Any advice from someone who has been through this before would be much appreciated!
