what's the best lead gen landing page you've ever seen?

I like to study the big boys (banks, home loan lenders, fat loss, attorneys, etc...) only because I assume they spent millions throughout the years wit A/B testing. I'm talking about lead generation pages, usually with a contact form on 1st fold and call to actions that really pop. Thx

Homie Schartz was pretty good with his landing pages, but his email spam was god awful annoying 3-5 messages a day some times.

What was the name of the Abs fitness page on Clickbank that was the top earner? Whatever that was, it was the first of it's kind.
