Correction: .....you'll get plenty of unique GARBAGE content..... In any case, the guy asked which is better, TBS or SC.

I agree, what are your suggestions for a good content network?
 
We have researched the best sources for complete articles. By 'best' I mean, 'not spun to crap already, and with a good level of spelling and grammar.'

You need a good quality article in order to get a good quality spin. If you can hang on for a couple of days for the new updated SC PRO beta, the article scrape sources will all be updated, which should result in good quality scraped articles, ready to make good qulaity spins.
 
Best Spinner is really good. But it stopped working on Windows 7 for me. Tried uninstalling and re-installing it but it still doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem?
 
I think SpinnerChief is the best free article rewriting software.
And I don't like the fact you have to be online when using TBS but that's just me.
