I feel like I am starting off slow. I've only gained about 200 followers in a week.
What's the average growth rate for new accounts?

With FL? I guess I need to get FL...I've been using addmefast and instagress
While I would say that FL is better, there are many variables to consider. Your username, your content, your tags, how active your niche is, how much competition in your niche, etc.
When I started using intagress I was getting 10-30 followers a day.
After a few tweaks and changing my niche, I was able to get 100-200 followers a day. It's not that hard so long as you keep at it and study how other people in your niche are getting followers.

What are your statistics for Follower/Following/Follows/Unfollows/Shares/Likes for one day?

You should be getting at least 100-200 follows everyday

Try with FL you will get more followers.. most of people here used FL and have success with that..

Tweaks? As in comments/tags?
I recently stopped it, so it reset. I read that going strictly for likes/comments is better than follows? Thoughts?

The best what I suggest is go with like4like.org which is very simple and you will get real follower.

Wooow, only with bot using?? I don't think that is possible, are you buying shoutouts from another accounts or you have some big accounts? Bcz it sounds really amaizing if you get that amount per week with just using bot
