    yep sorry.
i.e. : let's say I write a link in tumblr's post: www.mysite.com. Would it be stronger (or, in other hand, get less chances to be penalized by google) if I write 2 keywords in anchor text (like tomato ketchup) or if I keep the url www.mysite.com in the anchor?

You need both...but today is better to have more raw (naked) URL anchors then keyword anchors.

    google anchor text diversification..

both are equally important.. but more important is % of distribution.

Yeah I use all different anchor texts. Each link has different anchor text. Is this what you mean for % of distribution right?

The anchor text with the URL. A variation of both may also work.

There's no answer without knowing what your other links are. All depends on your ratios/diversification and what the PR is behind the outgoing link. Build naked URLs, branded and generic terms for your less powerful links and use money terms on your high PR links.

Anchor text with a relevant keyword is always stronger in terms of ranking power than generic or URL anchors. There are many post penguin backlink building guides today. You'll get an anchor text percentage blueprint if you read one of those.
