my cpa protects me because its a real life friend etc, he will change name or close my account, not worried about that, but the site i spam(its little - they shut down my domain,(well i think it was them) i got better hosting that allows spam now, i always put my info with a prepaid card and never put real info

but i spam with my real ip cause i cant otherwise due to captcha upload erroring no matter what proxy system i use. and its good $$

what are the odds i could we can get in trouble? do they ever call your isp and ask for info like that?

Firstly, what country do you live in, this is the most important aspect in being scared of lawsuit. Second, they won't just sue you. If they get enough information to contact you, they will issue you a formal cease and desist letter. If you ignore that, then you risk being sued.

If you are doing it to the extent that they would shut down your domain, I'm pretty sure they would do the same with your ISP.

Also, it is never safe to use your own Internet for spamming because generally your bandwidth usage will be through the roof and your ISP may begin to question. That is just my opinion.

Well it doesn't take a lot of bandwidth to spam 1 site, or even 100 websites. People spend 100 gigs/month on downloading music and movies. I don't know any tool that will use more bandwidth than that just spamming a few websites unless you ran an automated tool 24/7 for a few days straight, but I can't see how that would be beneficial.

I was actually using a domain with better hosting and doing a different offer - for 2 months, I started a new offer(and a new domain - actually a friends and the host is dreamhost(boo, lol) it was shut down within 2 days. I'm not sure if tehy actually reported it - or if it was a random person.

I'm from USA to the other question, and thats what I read I'd get a C&D first, thanks guys.
