What's my best bet to get a Blogspot blog de-indexed?

It's a PR0 with zero backlinks and ranks number one for some terms still. The last activity on the blog was from 2005.

Is there a tool to flag a blogspot multiple times? I feel like that could help as the blog is comment spammed to death, and I could report the blog as spam.

Any input is appreciated.
