What's happening with Twitter?

I just started to bot a twitterccount ( 6 years old, 40k followes) on Jarvee, and first day I got "change password" second day they blocked my account and asked "are you a robot" made me do the captcha thing. I did maybe 230 likes or so... in 2days.

Bot accounts are very much in the spotlight at the moment, what with US elections happening next year and the roll bot supposedly played in manipulating public opinion and mass scrapings, the big sites are clamping down and trying to get their houses in order, not to be pulled up in front of congress like Zuckerberg was last / this year.

Invariably, during a crackdown, normal accounts get caught in the drag net. Botting isn't as easy as it was and is getting harder (however, this could have been said for each and every year going back 12+ years since I've been doing this so take that with a grain of salt). Things continually move and evolve...
