Whats Going on in Deatchbycaptcha ?Are they stop their service or anything elese

Last day i place a order in deatch by captcha as i use them my primary captcha solution service but almost 24 hours gone but my account is not credited though they charge my paypal .

Again today i place a new order but face the same issue .they charge my paypal but my account is not credited yet.So far i send a mail 2-3 times but not get any response with them .

Not sure what going one .Are they still provide their service as like past or thinking to stop it because their payment getaway is not working .they charge my financial account but my captcha account is not credited .


Is their anyone who is faced this type of problem in past ?
