If you want to simply copy the looks for your own static site httrack will work. If you have access to the mysql database it's just a matter of copying the actual theme files, exporting the sql tables from the original site and importing them to the mysql server of the new site. There are also a couple of plugins to ease this, a look at the download section might help.
