    Hi,

I have a (payday) loan website. I list several loan providers. Whats the better solution to make money from it - use an iframe with a loan calculator directly on my site from the loan provider or just use a button (e.g. "get this loan") with an external affiliate link to the loan provider? Most providers provide both.

In the first option I retain the visitor on my site, in the second option the visitor will get to a more reputable site (the loan provider) and maybe he will convert more easily.

    Your opinion?

First question: Have you checked if the loan website allows you to embed their website via iframe?

However it pretty much depends on your website. I always try to convert visitors as fast as possible, so most times on the landing page. If your website is looking good and trustworthy, I would go for the iframe. If the other website looks better consider directing them to the loan website using your affiliate link.

Sorry for the misunderstanding - the loan company actually provides an iframe with a loan form/calculator that I can use on my site. But I can also link to them directly with an affiliate link if i want.
