What's best tons of pages or 1 message per hour per blog?

looking for the best way to promote all mimes gambling links. Iknow making pages , meta look for a free hosting with no pop up all give me nuts.

Making some blogs and turn 1 message on each exemple 1 every 15 minuts or hour ?

First blog is easier thanks blogger no pop up no publicities, and of course nothing to ping do it all alone so nice.

But does it really give you a good traffic short and long terms please
(if i do 1 message per hour or 1 per day per blog what's the best more i make better or "keep cool" slow)

because my number of clics is less than better real clics highter and downloads depends of day.
