What's an incentive exactly?

    example 1:

    I see many of those:

    "Do you think A-rod is a good player?" Yes - No
    that then leads to the zip submit or whatever


    example 2:

    "sign up for this offer and get a free blender"




    2 is pretty clear... what about 1?

    some CPA networks
    will consider #1 as incentive, if not all of them.

    In example 2 if the offer is an email/zip submit for a Free Blender offer then I don't think that would be considered incentivized.

    Does the user get something FROM YOU, NOT THE ADVERTISER for completing the offer?

    If yes, incentivized. If no, then no.

    ^^ Couldn't have said it better. So if your offering something in return then its an incentive. However, some networks allows incentives in the form of gifts. Some are more strict on cash and points though. :)
