That sounds more like a wantrepreneur.
Maybe "Entrepreneurship is the pursuit of opportunity with the best use of resources currently controlled."

a non-entrepreneur looks at this figure and gets discouraged.
an entrepreneur sees a challenge worthy of his/her time.
fortunately, interpretations are completely arbitrary, and thus success is available to everyone.

+1 Ditto for "wantrepreneur". This part while pretty romantic "without regard to resources currently controlled" is generally responsible for any solid failures in life...
You can still succeed but if it happens it's due to random circumstances, not certainly because you had a carefully crafted plan to succeed...

I can believe this as most people seek to get paid more for working less. Unfortunately instead of actually working less, some people in IM believe they can do it without working at all.

I'd say
Entrepreneurship is the ability to foresee the profitable outcome before it became a mainstream. True entrepreneurs are pioneers in their fields. Repeating successful paths are businessmanship, not entrepreneurship.
